What should I wear during my massage?

What should I wear during my massage?

This is entirely up to you! Wear what you are comfortable in. Most commonly, people leave their underwear on during treatments. You are securely covered throughout your treatment and only the area being worked on is undraped. Please note that oil or lotions used may come in contact with any clothing you do leave on.

How often should I get a massage?

After your initial assessment/treatment, we will discuss a treatment plan and determine what will benefit you the most.

Kind Heart Wellness is located within Evolve Strength Royal Oak facility. All are welcome and you do NOT need to be a member. Once inside, you may wait in the lobby/sitting area where April will come greet you before your scheduled appointment. 

Do you offer direct billing? What methods of payment do you accept?

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes! Although every insurance company is different, so if April is unable to process it directly through your insurance company, Kind Heart will process your payment and email you your receipt which you can then submit on your own for reimbursement. 
Kind Heart Wellness can accept debit, Visa and Mastercard.


May I use the change rooms, showers and sauna at Evolve before or after my treatment?

Yes! If you are coming in for a treatment with April you are welcome to use the change room facilities and infrared sauna.

I will get back to you within 24 hrs with my availability and we can schedule in your appointment.
*Please note that mobile treatments are an additional charge of $40.00 to cover travel time and expenses within the city limits of Calgary.

Massage is beneficial for everyone of all ages! April has experience working with babies, kids of all ages, teens and adults.
